Mr. Ziaur Rahman Zia, FCA is an Independent Director of SBAC Bank Investment Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), holding an M.Com in Accounting. With about 17 years of experience, he is currently a Partner at A. Qasem & Co., a renowned accounting firm. Zia has actively participated in ICAB, including serving as the Chairman of the DRC ICAB in 2020. He specializes in the financial sector and has conducted reviews for projects funded by international development partners. His commitment to professional development is evident through his participation in various training programs and workshops on financial topics. Additionally, he engages in social activities through organizations such as "Dristy Unnayan Sanghstha, Dhaka-DUS Dhaka," which provides free healthcare services. Mr. Md. Mokaddess Ali FCS

Mr. Md. Mokaddess Ali is a Director of SBAC Bank Investment Limited, nominated by South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce Bank Limited. Being a qualified Chartered Secretary, Mr. Ali is serving as the Company Secretary of the Bank holding the position of Executive Vice President (EVP) there presently. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB), and an L.L.B also, who obtained his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Banking from University of Dhaka. In effect, all these academic and professional qualifications & excellences have transformed him as a distinguished professional with ocean-depth knowledge & mountain-high expertise in related fields. Mr. Ali possesses anexemplary knowledge in Corporate Laws, Companies Act, Bank Company Act, Securities Laws, Stock Exchanges’ Listing Regulations, and other relevant Laws, Rules, and Regulations relating to Capital Market Operation with exceptional comprehension on practical exercises & enforces of those. He is very well-conversant with Secretarial Practices, Database management, Share management through CDS (Central Depository System) and Pledge management too. Moreover, he is a capital market analyst having plenty of knowledge in fundamental and technical analysis. Mr. Md. Mokaddess Ali, who is a seasoned corporate person with his unparalleled skills in managementof conflicts arising among the stakeholders,is always a well-update person in ensuring the compliances as well as standard financial & legal practices to uphold the best possiblecorporate governance in the organization. He holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English, both obtained from Dhaka College. With a decade of experience in Portfolio Management, Chowdhury brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He is also the Managing Director of Imperial Resources Ltd., a position that underscores his leadership skills and involvement in business ventures.Md. Badruddouza Chowdhury is associated with several notable business enterprises, including TS Transformers Ltd., TSCO Power Ltd., and SRN Electronics Ltd. (SQ Fan). His involvement in these companies highlights his diversified business interests and contributions to various sectors. His qualifications and extensive experience in both portfolio management and business operations make Md.
